First leader purchase

  After more than 20 seasons training our own leaders, today we got the first big outsider coming in, with a huge investment (370k) of the team. Brent Wieringh will carry our hopes for the next seasons, with a leader role aswell for hillsprint, sprint and FR races.
  
  This implied to separate from most of the hillclimb homemade TMs of Thibault Zimmer, who's not really happy with the change...
  So the management had to promise him that our next incomes will be reserved to train new future TMs for his favourite terrain, what we began with Astarloza, Romanowski and Pudin. :)
  
  The ultimate goal is still to have a mixed HL team, beetween FR/SP and CL/DH riders, to enlarge our possibilites on our historical field.
  Not perfect yet, future will tell.
